SAP STR_XO_ECH Obsolete: Parameters for ECH Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure STR_XO_ECH using ABAP code?

As STR_XO_ECH is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on STR_XO_ECH as there is no data to select.
