SAP SIC_S_NORMALIZED_FIELD Normalized field value Table data and field list

SIC_S_NORMALIZED_FIELD is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Normalized field value" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure SIC_S_NORMALIZED_FIELD using ABAP code?
