SAP SIC_FIELDS_GROUPS Fields and groups to be indexed and used for searching Table data and field list

SIC_FIELDS_GROUPS is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Fields and groups to be indexed and used for searching" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure SIC_FIELDS_GROUPS using ABAP code?
