SAP SEL_FIELDS_CRM Collection of Fields for Master Data Selection Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure SEL_FIELDS_CRM using ABAP code?

As SEL_FIELDS_CRM is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on SEL_FIELDS_CRM as there is no data to select.
