SAP RMXTS_PP_LAYOUT_INDEX TMS-DIA: Layout Index Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RMXTS_PP_LAYOUT_INDEX using ABAP code?

As RMXTS_PP_LAYOUT_INDEX is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on RMXTS_PP_LAYOUT_INDEX as there is no data to select.
