SAP RMSAS_PP_ERROR RMS-ATL: Error Information Table data and field list

RMSAS_PP_ERROR is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "RMS-ATL: Error Information" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RMSAS_PP_ERROR using ABAP code?
