SAP RMIPM Preventive Maintenance I/O Table Table data and field list

RMIPM is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Preventive Maintenance I/O Table" Information within sap ABAP programs.

This is done by declaring abap internal tables, work areas or database tables based on this Structure. These can then be used to store and process the required data appropriately.

i.e. DATA: wa_RMIPM TYPE RMIPM.

The RMIPM table consists of various fields, each holding specific information or linking keys about Preventive Maintenance I/O Table data available in SAP. These include WARPL (Maintenance Plan), VEPAK (Packages used in the maintenance plan), KZPAK (Indicator showing further maintenance packages exist), ABRST (Maintenance plan call status)... How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RMIPM using ABAP code?

As RMIPM is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on RMIPM as there is no data to select.
