RDVALUES is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Default: Amount and Counter Fields" Information within sap ABAP programs.
This is done by declaring abap internal tables, work areas or database tables based on this Structure. These can then be used to store and process the required data appropriately.
i.e. DATA: wa_RDVALUES TYPE RDVALUES.
The RDVALUES table consists of various fields, each holding specific information or linking keys about Default: Amount and Counter Fields data available in SAP. These include CYEAR (Current Calendar Year for Posting of Charges), TRAMYEAR (Charges Posted (Current Calendar Year)), TRAMPY (Charges Posted (Last Calendar Year)), TRAMLIFE (Charges Posted (Contract Term)).. How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RDVALUES using ABAP code?
As RDVALUES is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on RDVALUES as there is no data to select.How to access SAP table RDVALUES
