SAP RCPS_PP_COL Columns for Process Parameter Data Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RCPS_PP_COL using ABAP code?

As RCPS_PP_COL is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on RCPS_PP_COL as there is no data to select.
