SAP RCPS_KEY_OBJ GUIDs of Process Elements Table data and field list

RCPS_KEY_OBJ is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "GUIDs of Process Elements" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RCPS_KEY_OBJ using ABAP code?
