SAP RCPS_IDL_MATERIAL_SALESDATA Sales Data Table data and field list

RCPS_IDL_MATERIAL_SALESDATA is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Sales Data" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RCPS_IDL_MATERIAL_SALESDATA using ABAP code?
