SAP RANGE_S_MATNR Line of Range Table for Data Element MATNR Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RANGE_S_MATNR using ABAP code?

As RANGE_S_MATNR is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on RANGE_S_MATNR as there is no data to select.
