SAP RANGE_C50 Structure of a Range Table for a (50) Character Field Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RANGE_C50 using ABAP code?

As RANGE_C50 is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on RANGE_C50 as there is no data to select.
