SAP PRP_TS_QUALIFICATION Resource Qualification in WFM Format Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure PRP_TS_QUALIFICATION using ABAP code?

As PRP_TS_QUALIFICATION is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on PRP_TS_QUALIFICATION as there is no data to select.
