SAP OBJNR_RG Structure for Range Tables for Data Element J_OBJNR Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure OBJNR_RG using ABAP code?

As OBJNR_RG is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on OBJNR_RG as there is no data to select.
