SAP MSAM10_ATTACH_HEADER MSAM Attachment header Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure MSAM10_ATTACH_HEADER using ABAP code?

As MSAM10_ATTACH_HEADER is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on MSAM10_ATTACH_HEADER as there is no data to select.
