SAP MPLAN_OBJNR_ST Structure for Maintenance Plans and Object Number Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure MPLAN_OBJNR_ST using ABAP code?

As MPLAN_OBJNR_ST is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on MPLAN_OBJNR_ST as there is no data to select.
