SAP MPL_BAL_CONTEXT Application Log: Structure for Context Information Table data and field list

MPL_BAL_CONTEXT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Application Log: Structure for Context Information" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure MPL_BAL_CONTEXT using ABAP code?
