SAP MPL_BAL_CONTEXT Application Log: Structure for Context Information Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure MPL_BAL_CONTEXT using ABAP code?

As MPL_BAL_CONTEXT is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on MPL_BAL_CONTEXT as there is no data to select.
