SAP MDST_KEY_KEYLIST Structure for the Value Transfer to the Key Mapping Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure MDST_KEY_KEYLIST using ABAP code?

As MDST_KEY_KEYLIST is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on MDST_KEY_KEYLIST as there is no data to select.
