SAP LEFT_HAND Object in the right hand column of the graphic Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure LEFT_HAND using ABAP code?

As LEFT_HAND is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on LEFT_HAND as there is no data to select.
