SAP LBBIL_HD_TECH Billing Header: Technical Data Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure LBBIL_HD_TECH using ABAP code?

As LBBIL_HD_TECH is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on LBBIL_HD_TECH as there is no data to select.
