SAP KPU3_CTRL Control Structure for Plan->Plan, Actual->Plan Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure KPU3_CTRL using ABAP code?

As KPU3_CTRL is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on KPU3_CTRL as there is no data to select.
