SAP KPP3_DIR Directory of forms for decentralized data entry Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure KPP3_DIR using ABAP code?

As KPP3_DIR is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on KPP3_DIR as there is no data to select.
