SAP ITOBAPI_CREATE_EQ PM: Createable Equipment Data Using API Interfaces Table data and field list

ITOBAPI_CREATE_EQ is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "PM: Createable Equipment Data Using API Interfaces" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure ITOBAPI_CREATE_EQ using ABAP code?
