SAP INCL_FUND_FUNCTION Fields for FM Fund and Functions Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure INCL_FUND_FUNCTION using ABAP code?

As INCL_FUND_FUNCTION is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on INCL_FUND_FUNCTION as there is no data to select.
