SAP IFMREP2FX Structure for Program RFFMEP2FX Table data and field list

IFMREP2FX is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Structure for Program RFFMEP2FX" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure IFMREP2FX using ABAP code?
