SAP ICL_SUBOBJ_PAYEE Subobject Types for Payees Table data and field list

ICL_SUBOBJ_PAYEE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Subobject Types for Payees" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure ICL_SUBOBJ_PAYEE using ABAP code?
