SAP ICL_PAYI_ALLOC Assignment of Payment Item to Subclaim/Coverage Type Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure ICL_PAYI_ALLOC using ABAP code?

As ICL_PAYI_ALLOC is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on ICL_PAYI_ALLOC as there is no data to select.
