SAP GRRM_S_VALIDATION_DATA Analysis Data Table data and field list

GRRM_S_VALIDATION_DATA is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Analysis Data" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure GRRM_S_VALIDATION_DATA using ABAP code?
