SAP GRRM_S_HR_ORG_OBJECT HR Organizational Unit and Object Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure GRRM_S_HR_ORG_OBJECT using ABAP code?

As GRRM_S_HR_ORG_OBJECT is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on GRRM_S_HR_ORG_OBJECT as there is no data to select.
