SAP GRRM_S_ANALYSIS_PROFILE ANALYSIS PROFILE Table data and field list

GRRM_S_ANALYSIS_PROFILE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "ANALYSIS PROFILE" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure GRRM_S_ANALYSIS_PROFILE using ABAP code?
