SAP GRFN_S_FIELD_BUFFER CDF buffer Table data and field list

GRFN_S_FIELD_BUFFER is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "CDF buffer" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure GRFN_S_FIELD_BUFFER using ABAP code?
