SAP FVD_STR_CF_UPDATE Structure for Result Output Planned Record Update Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FVD_STR_CF_UPDATE using ABAP code?

As FVD_STR_CF_UPDATE is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on FVD_STR_CF_UPDATE as there is no data to select.
