SAP FVD_EXP_VDARL Loans Structure for Export Interface Table data and field list

FVD_EXP_VDARL is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Loans Structure for Export Interface" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FVD_EXP_VDARL using ABAP code?
