SAP FRMLS_STREAM_TX RMS-FRM: Text for Stream Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FRMLS_STREAM_TX using ABAP code?

As FRMLS_STREAM_TX is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on FRMLS_STREAM_TX as there is no data to select.
