SAP FRMLS_SPECCOMP Structure: Specifications, Compositions Table data and field list

FRMLS_SPECCOMP is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Structure: Specifications, Compositions" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FRMLS_SPECCOMP using ABAP code?
