SAP FRMLS_SPEC_USAGE RM22: Value Assignment Type - Usage Assignment Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FRMLS_SPEC_USAGE using ABAP code?

As FRMLS_SPEC_USAGE is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on FRMLS_SPEC_USAGE as there is no data to select.
