SAP FRMLS_MOD_RUN_DATA Modeling Items Table data and field list

FRMLS_MOD_RUN_DATA is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Modeling Items" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FRMLS_MOD_RUN_DATA using ABAP code?
