SAP FRMLS_API_INA RMS-FRM: Input Alternative Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FRMLS_API_INA using ABAP code?

As FRMLS_API_INA is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on FRMLS_API_INA as there is no data to select.
