SAP FMLI_S_ITEMID Identifier for line items in FM budgeting Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FMLI_S_ITEMID using ABAP code?

As FMLI_S_ITEMID is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on FMLI_S_ITEMID as there is no data to select.
