SAP FMED_S_HEADER Entry document header structure Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FMED_S_HEADER using ABAP code?

As FMED_S_HEADER is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on FMED_S_HEADER as there is no data to select.
