SAP FMD1_F15_FIELDS F15 Interface - Data Fields Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FMD1_F15_FIELDS using ABAP code?

As FMD1_F15_FIELDS is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on FMD1_F15_FIELDS as there is no data to select.
