SAP EECIC_INVOICE_LEVEL1 Fields from Invoicing Table + Fields linking to FI-CA Data Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure EECIC_INVOICE_LEVEL1 using ABAP code?

As EECIC_INVOICE_LEVEL1 is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on EECIC_INVOICE_LEVEL1 as there is no data to select.
