SAP EAM_S_TL_COMPONENT Structure for the TL component insert Table data and field list

EAM_S_TL_COMPONENT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Structure for the TL component insert" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure EAM_S_TL_COMPONENT using ABAP code?
