SAP DPR_TS_FORM_OPTION Options (Name/Value Pair) Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure DPR_TS_FORM_OPTION using ABAP code?

As DPR_TS_FORM_OPTION is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on DPR_TS_FORM_OPTION as there is no data to select.
