SAP CVPL Cover Pools Table data and field list

CVPL is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Cover Pools" Information within sap ABAP programs.

This is done by declaring abap internal tables, work areas or database tables based on this Structure. These can then be used to store and process the required data appropriately.

i.e. DATA: wa_CVPL TYPE CVPL.

The CVPL table consists of various fields, each holding specific information or linking keys about Cover Pools data available in SAP. These include DNAME (Description), DEAKTIV (Deactivation Indicator), HVMTNR (Budget memo), REV_EXP_CVP (Revenues or Expenditures Cover Pool)... See below for full list along with technical details, documentation, text table, check tables, foreign key relationships, conversion routines, relevant tcodes and example ABAP select code etc. .

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CVPL using ABAP code?

As CVPL is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CVPL as there is no data to select.
