SAP CVIS_LOCKED_OBJECTS Structure for Including Locked Objects Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CVIS_LOCKED_OBJECTS using ABAP code?

As CVIS_LOCKED_OBJECTS is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CVIS_LOCKED_OBJECTS as there is no data to select.
