SAP COOBJ_TEXT Objects With Text Table data and field list

COOBJ_TEXT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Objects With Text" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure COOBJ_TEXT using ABAP code?
