SAP COMT_PRODUCT_ORG Organizational Units for Product Table data and field list

COMT_PRODUCT_ORG is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Organizational Units for Product" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure COMT_PRODUCT_ORG using ABAP code?
