SAP COMT_PR_IOBJ_PROFILE Communication Structure Status Profile Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure COMT_PR_IOBJ_PROFILE using ABAP code?

As COMT_PR_IOBJ_PROFILE is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on COMT_PR_IOBJ_PROFILE as there is no data to select.
